MONSTERSOUND Musical Comedy. Aprrox 2h net Developed with
Kol Simcha and originally intended for the
Stadttheater Basel, MONSTERSOUND is in essence a spoof-on-a-spoof show
re-borrowing the Frankenstein/Rocky Horror themes and looking at them
in the light of gene manipulation and advanced robotics. Even though
the show was enthusiastically received by a whole range of dramaturgs
and artistic directors, it never quite made it to production and
fascinatingly many of the ideas that at the time of its conception
seemed fairly outlandish have since become almost worryingly realistic.
Book & Lyrics: Sebastian Michael Music: David Klein, Olivier Truan and Nicky Reiss |
