jonathan kaldor jonathan kaldor

jonathan is the composer and lyricist with whom i've created ALVARO'S BALCONY, the musical which has been in development for several years, reaching its first industry exposure in a rehearsed reading led by susannah york at her majesty's theatre in november 2007.

london classic theatre

michael cabot's touring theatre company, of which i am an honorary 'associate artist', mainly for turning up regularly and telling michael what i'd done differently... michael directed the power of love at the southwark playhouse and we've done a lot of work together since leaving drama school in '92.

charlotte bicknell

charlie bicknell

charlotte was my partner in crime in kissing the goldfish, the music act we may yet revive one day, who knows.  charlotte has played the female lead cathy in my debut short twenty-six takes on life without allen, which incidentally was mainly shot in her little two-bed flat, and she is a consummate cabaret solo artiste who regularly covers some of my songs, one of which also features on her debut CD.

sally bradshaw
sally bradshaw

for three years kissing the goldfish's opera diva - known to us affectionately as "lady b" - sally is a leading light in music ranging from medieaval to the cutting edge contemporary, she's sung with the art of noise and if you were tuned into the BBC for the millennium celebrations, that will be her you'll have popped your champagne to.

harry

harry the piano

for years channel 4's big breakfast resident pianist and kissing the goldfish's own virtuoso, harry has been described by one of our reviews as a 'national treasure', and that's barely scratching the surface, if you ask me...

richard stemp
richard stemp

the man who created the character of eugen in the love trilogy (though with considerably less hair than pictured, i'm glad to say...), richard is not only a great friend and wonderful actor, but also one of the country's most eminent art historians.
